I am finally at the point where I can afford (barely) to get into a multi-family home and I'm actively looking between Albany, NY up through Queensbury, NY - though preferably somewhere in the middle.

Choices are plenty.  

You have 2 basic choices. 1) Transfer the property back to your personal name, complete a Fannie Mae refinance and then transfer it back to the LLC.

Of course, there are many other things before making the final decision, but once you have your strategy figured out this will allow you to get one step closer in the process. 

With more services moving to the suburbs, home shoppers are making the choice to move farther out.

First time I had a mobile home deal.So after having nothing short of a horrific experience with this new title company that tried their best to not close (they did all closings for this park, wasn't a local deal), finally got it closed, and before the guy even got his check for the closing the guy died too.
