I feel like we're headed into a recession. 

I feel like there is a lot of meat on the bone here and would like to do something about it, but not sure where to start or how.Any advice?

Hey Cody,No I want to buy and hold and get some rentals under my belt. trying to find my next one actually, wholesaler has a few in Spokane but I don’t feel like I want to deal with Washington politics lolI have rehab experience as well and all tools.

I do feel bad when it takes a day or two to get a replacement unit but I explain I’d be waiting at my home if mine failed as well.

Interesting you say that the preparation for the hunt is what leads to success, because I'm grinding and scrapping to save every penny I can in preparation for the hunt, and it feels like I'm not making any traction.

Realtors are required to bring all offers so by all means feel free to make an offer.
