I feel CapEx is one of those line items most investors hate to put aside but are glad they did when the roof leaks etc.

Maybe I want this home because of how safe I feel in the neighborhood.

Now my spring is also feeling slim compared to last year, but I’m trying to stay the course and be prepared for last minute bookings to fill the calendar.

So while it feels like I’m making the right decision by looking elsewhere, and Phil’s brand is, at best, tarnished to me by this experience, has anyone had legitimate, W-2 income replacing success through Freedom Mentor?

Sometimes things just feel like they’re meant to be and this was one of those.

Even with this lack of consideration on the sellers part, I feel the property is in a prime location with upside potential, however, with this behavior, it will take longer for us to turn the property. 

I have a strong feeling that the prices will keep creeping up, and even more so when the rates drop.As for inventory, there seems to be a steady supply of inventory in CA.
