I just listened to today’s podcast (show 363) with Michael Hyatt all about less is more and productivity and I’m wondering if anyone has read any of his books or if you have another recommendation for your favorite book on getting things done.

I've never personally done it, but one of my favorite techniques is to pay the referring agent a percentage of any office commissions earned by the new agent during their first year in the office.
