So after upgrading to fancy new PRO account last night I was playing around with some stuff and also decided to update some stuff on my profile.One of which was adding my YouTube channel on the web contacts.

@Phillip Dwyer I can't download the pdf file, but from what was mentioned I can see the external or functional obsolescence applied with the main.

Check to see what the actual taxes ($4K seems like an estimate) are by going to the county assessors web site (most counties have the information available online).

His reply said he was BUSY, computer crashed and not able to access email (it's a web mail that one could access from any smart phone hello?)
