Take the highest rate and keep as much money in pocket as you can, even if you only breakeven when you refinance in the future (6 months) you can get your payments down, potentially roll in any costs, and skip a payment or two. 

You can even search BP as this has never ever been discussed.

When you do business someone can make a claim even if you didn't actually do what your being accused of, its about having process and documentation to prove that you were not in violation.  

Shellpoint has repeatedly cashed my checks (which were on time EVERY MONTH) and continues to fail to properly credit me (even though coupons were enclosed).

(I think he is right)   Even if they made a simple outdoor charger with a simple code for your resident, (Bluetooth app on your phone). 

So I can use the money for a rehab if necessary. 

Just curious if David quit to go on to something else or with this economy was David let go to save BP some money? 

Can potentially make more money in less time, and control when someone stays.
