We both mostly enjoy our jobs, and we're just looking for ways to supplement income and make plans for earlier retirement.Joining into syndications and then re-investing into another syndication deal when they complete, sounds like a good vehicle for that. 

Enjoy the rent you receive while you're waiting - if they don't pay, you can evict them. 

All costs for each unit are identical as well (taxes/Hoa/insurance) so the playing field is very even minus a few factors

People who take out loans on their primary residence should have the experience to not field that question on a public forum I would say.

A lot of forum members are very knowledgeable in their respective fields related to real estate investing, whether that is real estate sales, wholesaling, flipping, rentals, lending, self-directed IRA and Solo 401k investing, or tax and legal guidance.

I’m on the Mc’s and I enjoy the work, but it’s changed a lot.
