I'm a noobie, need some advice

Aaron Peters
Posted

I am very new to the real estate investing game and am looking to invest in my first property. I need some advice from anyone who may have experience communicating with their attorneys and accountants remotely.

I am moving to a new location where I am looking to start my investing and have done some research in the area for accountants and attorneys but have yet to find any credible firms with good reviews. I have found credible firms in my current area and online but would do any consulting via video calls or the phone. As a guy who enjoys face to face contact when it comes to business I am tempted to go with the local firms in my new area, however I also have little experience and want to avoid being taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge.

I am wondering if anyone could share some experience or advice with consulting with their attorneys and accountants remotely since that is the direction I am leaning towards currently.
