Remove all the negativity in your life.If you dont have these qualities and cant remove the negativity then you will give up before you even begin investing.Be cautious of what people say.

I noticed that my traffic went up and my costs went down.Sure, the quality might not be as good as the search traffic but after I get a certain amount of clicks, I'll be able to implement re-marketing - where once a user clicks on my ad, it will follow them around...forever.

@Marco Santarelli Thanks Marco for the reply,,, as you know out of area clients need an EXTREME amount of help both in Quality of property but Quality of the people they are dealing with and all vertically integrated. from wholesaler to Marketer to rehabber to PM.
