Ultimately, I would like to have a few rentals for passive income and possibly trying to flip. 

It's in the agent's interest to get your offer accepted but they are not the ones that will be flipping the bill should  the property have unknown maintenance or repair issue which may mean significant money out of your pocket.

Mainly have interest in acquIrIng a multi family rentals , also flipping houses, WORKING with PRIVATE MONEY LENDERS .

So here’s my situation..I am about to graduate college and will be working in my field full time in order to be approved for a mortgage and financing to pay for renovations for my first flip.

I'm definitely nervous but excited to meet my goal this year of getting at least 1 flip this year.

Flipping in any major city requires a lot of money. in Boston you at 500k to get into a condo. then 1 million for house or multi if your lucky!

If you are actively flipping that makes you self-employed and eligible for this vehicle. 

I came across real estate after continuously seeing a real estate business in my local Houston neighborhood purchasing old, dingy homes and flipping them into something beautiful. 

I’m interested in doing my first flip here in Houston Texas.

I am doing direct mail in search of properties to flip and/or hold as rentals.
