Hi there, I have a quick question. 

The 90% of agents that didn't want to be an agent but fell into it and are just trying to quickly turn from client to client are the ones that are going to be hit the hardest by these types of companies!

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.I know this has probably been asked, but after a quick skim of the first few pages I did not see anything related.

I assume he will use a mortgage to secure the note against the property, and if not you should encourage him to do so.

I found a lender that has been great, she answers any and all questions and concerns, the application process was quick and easy.

As I can see there's still a lot to implement and quickly each and every "new thing" will create competitive advantage.
