Real Estate Angency - what about a branch in Poland (Europe)?

Hi,

my name's Aleksander (nickname Olek). I do sublets in Wroclaw (Poland, Europe) - I rent apartments from owners for 5-10 years, rehab a bit and rent further by rooms for 1-year rent periods. Target groups are students and  young pros.

I want to start a real estate agency and bring in some goods working practices from the States. As I can see there's still a lot to implement and quickly each and every "new thing" will create competitive advantage. Imaging that Open Doors are not that popular here yet. Yesterday I notices a wow effect during a seminar when one agent revealed they're starting such events. There's much more around  technology engaged. Yes, some element of 360 camera  shooting and  VR but in the vast majority it's still a pen and  pencil solutions that works. Similarly social media are treated rather as a visit cards than a promo and sales vehicle to boost it out.

Are there real estate agencies interested in setting their business outside the US in Europe?

If yes, then reach me out and let's kick it forward.

Cheers,

Olek
