If you look at most gurus they do the guru thing because they can’t make $ in real estateI am in the note space and several of the guru’ are scam artists with lawsuits against them.It’s easy to lie on social media because you don’t have to provide any legitimate info to it to substantiate it

I would absolutely follow Brandon turner and @David Greene on social media and pick up a few of their books.

It's cloud based, easy to reconcile accounts, can accept rents electronically, etc. 

And what have you found to be the best ways to pay electronically?

I use basic electronic deadbolts.

If you have tenants that use the internet you could think of setting up some kind of electronic transfer like cozy.co (It is cozy.co not cozy.com). 

I see many people choose to use a business entity when sending direct mail, using billboards, advertising on social media, etc. when promoting their investing business and looking for distressed property owners.
