Long story short, does anyone knows where to purchase “Colonial Wood tile, Walnut is the color.”

In the 2 bed unit we had to decide between refinishing the wood floors or putting down vinyl click flooring.

It was build in early 1960s and wood frame.

Right now this is what needs to be done on the house: The wood deck needs to be restained.

Boarded up make of wood?

Anyone have experience wholesaling boarded up homes made of wood in lower class neighborhoods?

Huge windows, wood floors, 10-foot ceilings, wide hallways, shared kitchen.
