Again, definitely don't dive into a really expensive program right off, but you can always learn things from the smaller ones pretty easily if you keep your ears open at them.

Yes, basically I'd like a relatively cheap system (say $1000 or less) where the FedEx guy (or anyone) can call the tenant, it rings on their phone, they can visually see who it is, and click a buzzer to let them in.

The excitement is building, but I have a question: Once the phones start ringing, how should the conversation go with a motivated seller so I don't appear that I have never done a deal in my life lol

Problem is my ceiling junction box is recessed so I don't have a knock out hole to mount one of these on unless I use a box extender and use the sideway holes to put one of these on and the light fixture to the extension ring.

I think the lawsuit problem was with leaks at the joints and crimp rings.

I know I just have to keep my eyes peeled and ears open for good deals.
