I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my first round of bandit signs! Yeah!! The excitement is building, but I have a question: Once the phones start ringing, how should the conversation go with a motivated seller so I don't appear that I have never done a deal in my life lol

Hi @Tiana Walker,

I am a huge fan of role playing scenarios. Start with a pen get a friend to let you try and buy their pen. Ask questions etc. Once done try and pitch it to another friend who was not there. You will notice the questions are different and they will stick with you later. Then switch up and have them reverse roles. Then try car, then try house.

It's usually a fun time and you would be surprised what kinds of questions come up.

Good luck!
