Are there any diy classes or even local clubs for diyers wanting to tackle projects like cabinet installs/dry walling..etc..etc apart from Home Depot?

I use a grout sponge to clean all the ceilings and walls, drying with rags as I go. 

I have been selling vacant land in the southwest for over 30 years, mostly dry lots.

You should do some dry runs before you start bidding so you get a sense of the process.

You'll get more success stories, more rah rah you can do it, and the sales pressure will be turned up along with the prices for the next step which will be called something along the lines of "Super Duper Mastery Program" until they've sucked you dry, and all the money you could have bought real estate with is gone. 

The market is a little dry.
