Just send it all to me - at least I won't try to scam you out of your money :)Seriously, be cautious when you disclose that you have significant sums of money on the internet, as that will attract all sorts of scammers and riff-raff trying to separate you from your money - especially by proposing things to you that might seem like good opportunities on the surface.

I am a devoted husband and proud father.

We lost so much money so decided to step back and seems like company is a bit of a scam.

  ( not saying this is a scam) but the ones I talked to that wanted the 500.00 after interviewing them for turn key reviews I could tell they were not all that.

I am seeing/hearing a lot more about rental scams in my area, where scammers will list a unit for cheap and collect fees on unsuspecting applicants.  

Many of these folks get fed up with the pain of managing the properties or like one of the recent sellers I bought from, they want to travel or they buy a second home and can't devote as much attention to the property(ies) as they once did.

No scam artists.

It does not sound as if these tenants are attempting to scam you.
