We also have little known, yet, very important high number of entrepreneurs (see Kauffman Foundation studies) & arguably have fared better than other similarly dense parts of the country.

They might be able to give you a rough idea on more specific stuff over the phone like flooring or windows, etc. if you give them the exact sizes but for the most part they have to physically go and see the place.

You can't do this type of stuff to scale in every state. 

I expected to see maybe some little pockets of activity in certain areas...You can clearly see some new stuff going in there in Acres Homes in 77088.
