And my accountant gets his annual updates from Intuit because his customers might be on any version, including the latest.I would look for a copy of QB just prior to the release of the next year's version (you'll have to check when that might be, but somebody in the Intuit marketing or support could let you know when that will be).

You've made my point for me, Steven...The retail-level GCs aren't able to put food on the table for $50 per door, which is why they charge $100-200.The investor level GC are able to put food on the table for $50 per door, because they are taking on more jobs, paying less attention to each customer/job, hiring more inexpensive labor, carrying less overhead (no office, no trucks, no PMs), etc.There's nothing wrong being the $100-200 per door GC, but the fact is, if you're an investor paying $100-200 per door, you're generally not going to be making any profits on the deal.

Now people will read this and think Buildium is raising their prices 25% when the raise actually happened two years ago.I haven't used Buildium in five years but they were a very responsive company at that time with the best customer service of any company I've ever worked with.
