Sure disconnect it from the furnace add your own & let him play with it as long as he pays half your internet costs/month :)My son had to do this to stop his young kids hacking the Nest.

As landlords we provided fire extinguishers, a dryer gas line, dryer vent work, bathroom drain stop, and all new blinds/appliances.

Lesson: always make borrowers pay something monthly (even $1.00) so if they bail and stop paying, you don't have to wait until maturity to foreclose.The spouse of the borrower moved to a different state and filed Bankruptcy.

Hello all landlords out here... how do you deal with non stop packages sent to your rental property for your previous tenant?  

I believe what’s stopping me is the fear of one being accepted and not knowing how to proceed next.

Also the above is assuming there is no debt or liens on the property.

If this is a deal take it, it doesn't sound like it is going to stop you taking a another smoking deal if you find one.
