It is the age old debate in the forums and podcasts about the pros and cons, and really the pros do outweigh the cons.

And not a debate just us talking about marketing and closing deals.  

I've done 400 plus Podcasts and he has a ton of "REAL" knowledge so we can debate their credibility, knowledge and experience.

BP has got to be the only place where a debate between those thinking wholesaling is investing and those thinking wholesaling is dealing can become "emotionally heated".
