I've been attempting to find some local wholesalers to be put on their lists.Located in Lansing, Michigan, does anyone have ideas on how to find local people, or are there any on here looking for more buyers?

My question is - if nothing comes up on a background check, but I find court records that tell me something different, can I use those as a reason to deny? 

Though deals seem hard to find, it doesn't seem impossible.

The tenant is paying their portion of the rent (the majority is coming from city) but the tenant has been difficult to deal with and I'd like to find an new tenant once their lease is up.

@Sean KirkDepending on the market you are looking in if you have a good team sourcing off-market deals you should be able to find good turnkey opportunities.

My checkbox is on the multifamily side, 2-4 units that way it can be house hacked at the beginning. 

It seems to be a human knee-jerk reaction to show resilience in the face of disaster.My theory is that the second line of houses looking at the debris field in front of them are more likely to sell.

We capitalized on market demand and sold it the same day for $216,000.
