Some owners are really good this way, others just create problems because they don't understand what they're reading.I agree that you might have been spoiled by your first PM, but I'm not sure I agree with why.

In my mind, a house hack should create a very low ($500 or less) monthly housing expense or eliminate your housing costs all together.
