When all is said and done, he ended up stealing several plumbing fixtures, all the copper piping he removed, a 4-piece shower, and several electrical components. 

Gold gave the signal last summer and since then commodities have all gone up: Silver, Corn, Lumber, copper etc.

Hi @Brandon Schlichter, Can I ask - since most of your rentals are in Southern Ohio (Circleville and Chillicothe)  Just from doing some research on rural Ohio properties( I am from Marysville) I came to the follow conclusions:MANY landlords are tired landlords that mismanage their investment properties.There are many opportunities for fix and flips or BRRRR due to the homes being older and possibly in the rural markets (southern Ohio) not many people willing to make a rental unit look nicer than a new coat of paint.The home prices are very affordable Rentals and homes are in short supplyWould you agree with this?

If they go bankrupt you have to get in line with all the other creditors to get pennies on the dollar back.

Don’t go chasing pennies.  

That cost a pretty penny.

Up to this date, I have not paid the owners of these properties a penny.
