Can buying the land and construction be wrapped up in one loan?

There is a huge amount of construction and improvements occurring in housing and  in commercial buildings .

I would like to know how PMs, CMs, and developers hire all the construction labors who are needed for projects.

I can be a great help in terms of raising funds mostly over $50MM and labors for constructions. 

Here is what I found out both 225k (3b/2bath) and 150k (2bed/1bath) are new construction condos...these are last of them so the builder has reached the quote for owners hence they are allowed to sell to investors. .

The second apartment walls will be opened up to show off the post and beam construction of the original barn.  

It's also helpful in constructing your lease.

There is a lot of commercial growth and construction here, so we are leaning toward residential, but I like commercial as well. 

I worked on a large construction project where we used a school as our office spaces.

I custom built my house and even after having an air tight contract, I had to fight with them (and give in a bit) to get a contract release so that I could convert my construction loan to a permanent loan.Would need to understand your situation and chronology to understand where you stand.Did you have a direct contract with each contractor?
