I've been offering on REOs for the last two years, and my experience has been that the banks are consistently inconsistent.

A million a year wholesaling is quite a feat and to do that consistantly would ultimately require wholesaling in the commercial side where profist could be $100k for one deal, rather than $10k.

Pick an area or a couple of areas that you will call consistently.5.

Now i don't share this to brag but to state that if you work investors in your area it will allow to to create a consistent amount of business.

It's worth noting that consistency is an important key to formation of a convincing argument.

Not bad for a free service.I think you need to do all of the above simultaneously and be sure to have a clear and consistent message.

I used to do some newspaper ads a few years back and never seemed to get very good results.... however I was not very consistent in running it.
