@Aj ParikhI am also in Ohio,Although I keep away from Cleveland because in comparison to other cities it is not landlord friendly 😉I was also able to scale significantly we own today three digit portfolios.And yeah and most Ohio cities a 250,000 home gives you a very very nice living.

The level of labor force activity in Detroit lags behind the overall US population and lags in comparison to similar cities. 

I would challenge any OOS investors with a fair comparison to what if they invested locally in CA.

Guess I won't be paying off any more properties early.Management fees are pretty nominal in comparison to all other expenses--which I wouldn't have guessed either....

I like the Triad for flip opportunities but I fear if there is any slow down the Triad would be hit first due to the lack of diversity in its economic drivers in comparison to CLT or RDU.
