@Aj ParikhI am also in Ohio,Although I keep away from Cleveland because in comparison to other cities it is not landlord friendly 😉I was also able to scale significantly we own today three digit portfolios.And yeah and most Ohio cities a 250,000 home gives you a very very nice living.

Hey Dylan, I'm not sure about specific companies, but as far as those cities go, I just ran them through my comparison algorithm, and honestly they all seem pretty neck-and-neck.Memphis seems to be growing more than the others, probably the safest buy..
