I'm in Austin, and housing prices are almost comparable to California prices.

I am lender and investor.

Not happening unless you deal with uneducated lenders.

@Jay Hinrichs - I'm inclined to believe lenders will step up to the plate and offer the ability to incorporate buyer side commissions into the mortgage payments in certain situations.

I'm also connecting with lenders and now I will be looking for a good CPA.

The judge asked a bunch of questions and she had not paid in three years (we were the lender and foreclosed on borrower then evict) which she acknowledged.

Make sure to connect with local lenders and brokers, as it's beneficial for achieving your real estate goals.

Start comparing the rent to value rations and make sure a property in that area will even cash flow.
