I had taken accounting classes in college however it was not my strong suit.  

My main goals are to generate income for a college fund, a retirement nest egg, to serve people in need for affordable housing, and to do what I love - create beautiful, simple homes for people.

I have been in the management sine I graduated from college and consider myself pretty smart.  

I.e. if you want to attract college tenants, you would put up flyers on campus; if you want someone from the big business in town, find someone that works there and have them put up a classified on the company intranet.
