They gained popularity in the late ‘70’s and early ‘80’s when interest rates were in the teens and money in short supply.They also became popular with promoters, “dream merchant gurus” and fraudsters who saw an easy way to cut themselves into a deal without putting any of their own money into them.I do a lot of probate and trust litigation work and have completed several thousand of my own deals over (45) years as a specialist.However, I don’t think that’s going to be the issue here.

We are going to sand the ceilings and refinish the floor so that all of the interior wood has a more natural look to it, and then apply clear coat to the flat surfaces, and a darker hickory stain to the trim.
