However it seems that things are changing, even if housing prices settle out in the coming months and years, they still are and still will be at record breaking highs, which has left my generations purchasing power significantly lower than any others.

Currently Im in the process of renovating an ADU above my garage to become my first STR, its a slow process but am looking for some expert contracting help that won't break the bank!

Just don’t get suckered into these shady turnkey companies that make you pay over ARV for shotty rehab and tenants that are liabilities.

I am getting a hard money loan for the property under my LLC, but if I keep it I would like to refinance out of the HML into a 30 yr conventional load under my name.Can anyone give me a quick rundown how that would work?
