In the general Raleigh area, my uncle has just set up his real estate shop/property management so I have a built-in contact.

My credit is through the roof.. so the fact that I’m trying to get a loan for something that makes money, I’m assuming that will increase what I can get.. on top of that, I have three other live bodies going in on the deal.. so I assuming that would help us get more.

How does a former cashier from Bath and Body Works, who is in his early 20s, run a whole office without making a mistake?

I am looking into a multi-use property, meaning there is a commercial space on the first floor (currently occupied by a flower shop), and an apartment on the second floor.

Location wise, it’s one block away from the zip code zoned for the good schools, so it’s not in a dangerous and bad area and It’s very close to a popular small strip mall/shopping center and grocery stores, BUT it is zoned for the same terrible schools as the more dangerous parts of town.

@Dan Kelley - I have friends who have a European car focused shop who has been searching for a qualified technician for a VERY long time.
