I need an LLC for potential business loans to invest and would be nice for marketing purposes;  As a Realtor, I'm not as concerned about having an LLC, but would be nice to "kill 2 birds with one stone" from a marketing standpoint.

I am totally fine chasing cash flow to get out of the rat race.
