Good Afternoon Bigger Pockets!

I had a specific question about wholesaling. What would you personally describe a deal when it comes to wholesaling? I know this may sound simple, but in terms of logistics, I just need it spelled out for me.

So, when it comes to wholesaling, what does a deal look like?

@Courtney Warner A deal is an off market property that you have under contract for less than what it can be sold for after it has been rehabbed. Thats a very broad description because different investors have different exit strategies and therefore their definition of a “deal” is varied. But in general its an off market property that can be purchased for significantly less than what its worth. I can go into a lot more detail but it seems like you just wanted a general definition
