Wow, very inspiring and motivating!

So I wanted to post quarterly about my progress for this year to possibly inspire other newbies and receive pointers from the pros, and well I'm 30 days behind.

Hello Everyone,New inspiring investor here in the stages of gaining education.  

So I wanted to make this post to help inspire those who are interested in real estate, and also for those who've already made it to look back and smile at the memories I'm sure they have!

I am listening to podcast 145 and I found it to be inspiring because it is about leveraging OPM and rentals and equity I tell ya what there is alot of strategies and goals to strive for in real estate!!

Since joining I've been more inspired to continue my education and repeat/ follow successful systems in place!

I came across something worth sharing - using a Johnson Box to get your quick message across to the recipients of your direct mail campaign (letters, postcads...etc)A Johnson Box is a box usually at top that contains the key message you're getting across - it could be a "We buy houses, Call us" or "Call me to get added to our buyers list"...etcThe key concept is that messages stick out and grab the readers' attention when placed in a box, a bigger font, a different color.
