Hoping our community can come together in this time.I foresee a lot of tenants will be financially impacted by the closures necessitated by COVID-19; many are hourly employees who are out of work for the foreseeable future.I think it's wise to get ahead of the problem many will face paying rent in the coming month or two (we all know how hard it is for tenants to catch up once they fall behind) and encourage them to reach out to appropriate organizations for assistance.

I told a girl annoyed that she had just booked a great gig, she's a folksy guitar player / singer,  to sign up for Patreon, do eVites and then have people pay to watch her perform on video and chat with her fans - guess what - her list responded positively on her Insta and now she can do something, whole venues need to think about this.

Government bail outs, cash infusions, assistance: If the government provides assistance in various forms, this should help borrowers make payments on their loans.

VRBO has acted reprehensibly through this, but they’ve stopped short of confiscating and refunding payments.This space needs some new players.

If they did tell you, in a MFH setup where there were any common areas I think you would have the responsibility of notifying your local health department and letting them assist from there.
