You have a choice of service levels from basic @ $10/month and get up to 5 different mailboxes as well as voice to text, caller phone # ID, even caller name, address, etc. for a small premium.I'm not pitching the service just trying to make a new guys life easier with some inexpensive choices.

Here is an example:"University, Executive, Professional, Airport, Downtown, Yard, Dogs, Cats, Pets, Luxury, Designer, Upscale, Historic"I was told by a friend that saw my ad that it could be considered discriminatory and in violation of Fair Housing Laws since it could appear that the ad is designed to attract "Executive and Professional" tenants.My units are very upscale and it's reflected in the monthly rental price.

Last summer, I heard one realtor mention that it was at 98%.Depending on your goals, you may find it easier to locate better deals on properties further from downtown (north, east and south).

May be best to start with small local banks and credit unions etc.These will be easier to access than the Bank of America and Wells Fargo's of the world.Also hit the bank you you do business with as a starting point.
