I advise that new folks simply stay away from distressed foreclosure matters after notice of foreclosure has been made unless you are actually the buyer, in other words, wholesalers stay away, in short.You need to follow your attorney's advice!!!!

Goodman wrote another e-mail and changed their mind:I have consulted with the warranty department and was advised that the multifamily residential properties do receive a 10 yr warranty however a qualifying lifetime compressor warranty will only apply to the single family owner occupied residential installations.

You might want to consult for an hour and pay a 100 to a real estate litigation attorney just to see what they advise as options for you.Having the control of a condo or HOA is a tactic used by some investors to control values and investments with a complex.
