Unless you are working with some pretty big numbers, the amount of income actually subject to the tax will be very low, thus keeping the rate on the low end.For example:$100K property$40K down, $60K loan.  

I can make great a logical case for investing local (actually you could simply look for many of my past posts). 

I've got experience in the real estate industry in the capacity of home inspecting and radon inspecting, but I know that a career in sales would be much more beneficial towards actually doing deals.

Multiple things I disagreed with, my wife and I requested a team meeting to establish some guidelines on what types of mentorship and favors from the team would actually be team support, and what actions would require compensation just so we would know ahead of time and plan accordingly.
