Also, the proposal that @Jay Hinrichs made wasn't a bad one given the numbers (and the fact that you don't currently have any alternatives).But, I'd be willing to bet that if you get an inspection that indicates that the house is in good shape, and assuming your $900/month rent estimate is accurate, you should have no problem finding someone to loan you the money or partner with you.

That being said, if you use callrail to route your calls to your phone you will also have a record of everyone calling you including their first and last name (it has a very accurate caller id) and their phone number. 8/10 times I am able to take that name and do a search of my spreadsheet I used for mailings and determine who called me and what property I had mailed about.

Every site I visit has different numbers for the same cities in the same year.I'm wondering if anybody knows of a site or resource that can show accurate, up to date demographic information that includes job growth, population growth, trends and the such for individual cities and outlying areas.
