It will be interesting to see how Tesla's electric big rig (prototype driven by Musk in April) will fit with the LTL Regional Trucking segment for companies like YRC (fka "Yellow Freight"), since "...shipments have an average shipment size of approximately 1,500 pounds and travel an average distance of roughly 400 miles..." per YRC 10-K.

good morning BP, before i just do a google search i would like to see if anyone has a recommendation. i am looking for a real estate lawyer in the cape cod Massachusetts region. the lower boston area could work to but it is kind of far from me. i am trying to find a lawyer familiar with sub2 contracts and creatively financing investment property. if anyone has a suggestion on a particular firm or person that would be great. if not then im off to the googleverse. side note also need to process the paperwork for my llcthanksMatthew

Sure, one happens to be large and known world-wide while the other is smaller and more regionally known, but that, in and of itself, doesn't really matter.What does matter is:    + How safe that dividend is.

With mom and pop tenant mix in a center you get a lot more hand holding for management and then handholding usually gets less and less as the tenant credit profile goes up to small franchisee, large franchisee, strong regional to national private company, investment grade credit, etc.If the lease stipulates they are responsible for the interior spaces then print the one page of the lease or 2 that covers that to .pdf and send to them.
