That doesn't mean it's a walk in the park.So I'd say it's a different happy than an afternoon at the beach, but as a professional and growth activity, that it makes me happy.

Online the prices range to over $1000 but I've heard there are cheaper options, and also that a certification for Argus is not even necessary.Any professional advice or leads for me to pursue?

Thanks for the info, From what I had researched I figured the one year lease would be fine.We met with a couple today who has been working with a realtor and mortgage professional to get a deal setup for them to purchase a home that has a mortgage on it with a contract for dead.
