But as I make my case here, you do not have to do that but if you choose to put together a larger pool of assets for sale you do have to do it right and have the right support in terms of agents and title companies to get it all done.

I suggest you show up with your books, reciepts, pictures of properties with for sale signs, ads, listings to support your business activities, you can do that yourself, they may buy it negotiate any liability, at that point if they don't deal, then you can tell them you'll be getting representation for a hearing.

As a college student I started by buying a house with an owner hold that was close to being demolished.I then rented all the rooms out to fellow students.We all worked at replacing the roof, plumbing, & the bottom course of limestone block as the walls were all limestone.Salt damp was a problem in the area & houses such as this we're collapsing on the first course of wall support.
