1) allows for pricing changes
2) has a direct booking engine
3) has all the basic features needed (universal i...

They would be using the same search software that I use if so, possibly with different banks plugged into it of course, but the gap here is too large (you didn't show a $1 can of soda being offered for $6, you showed it being offered for $1,000).

Anyone know of software, an app or an excel spreadsheet I can use?

You may need to search by the address of the buyer as they may change their name or the name of the entity on each purchase.You can also buy lists from companies like list source and subscribe to software that will show you who the cash buyers are.

That is easily done with accounting software.

The plan right now is for her buy the software and start doing designs as a second job. 

So my next question would be, is there a particular software you use to assess whether a deal is good deal?
