I agree with the others to keep away from condos and HOAs though, getting caught in litigation or a big assessment is a deal killer***The house is newly remodeled so I’m going to say maintenance will be less than $500/year.

Hi,When I need to interview and engage a contractor for my house purchases which may need some work, should we be looking at specialist contractors for each of the stuff like Bathroom remodeling, roof, carpets etc or is it more like a single contractor that handles most work on the house?

This might be an unusual request, but I don't know of a better place to post it:I am looking for someone with an available rent house in the Keller/Watauga/North Fort Worth, Texas area that might be interested in working a deal for remodeling and/or legal services in trade for partial or full rent payment. 

Some of my buildings are fully remodeled and some are average.

Just so you know, that code only requires those things when a permit is being issued for a newly constructed pool or the remodeling of a pool. 

There is one of these systems on the 25-unit apartment building being remodeled next door to my office.

As a company that does extensive remodels, we're watching the price of materials very closely and are proceeding with caution.

After 3 years we still learning, however one thing I believe it will make a whole lot of difference it's the quality of your remodel.

Have not built new in Tacoma yet, only doing remodels there.
