We will occasionally grant waivers for larger dogs if they aren't on the list, we've met them, we've visited their existing environment...etc.It never ceases to amaze me how many people try to sneak Pit Bulls past our screening process by using other names such as American Staffordshire Terrier or some other version of Terrier.

The plain and simple version in Seattle is that a MIL does not have a stove and cannot be rented separately from the main home unless the owner is occupying, and an ADU does have a stove and can be rented separately from the main home.

Y0u can certainly email the electronic  PDF version 0f the lease but I w0uld have him fedex back the signed version with checks (0r send electronic  payment but it must clear bef0re keys).

These require your approval every time.You should review the lease agreement being used and authorize a specific version of it to be used for ALL leases, new and renewal's.
