I found that if I disputed every negative item, that some of them had to be removed because the creditor didn't respond to the verification inquiry from the credit bureau.If you have high credit card utilization rates, but very few inquiries, then your scores can actually improve by asking for credit limit increases.

This will add competition and I am not an analyst nor an expert in supply/demand but one would think rents in the District and surrounding areas will not have large gains in the upcoming future because of all the rental units coming online in 2015 and 2016.Thoughts?

The interest you are paying on the loan is paid back to your own retirement account so you are in essence helping it grow and if your money were sitting in a money market earning 0.5% it would make sense to take the loan out and pay interest to your own retirement account instead of some creditor and this would also mean that your 401k is getting guaranteed 4% interest.All of the above and more need to be taken into account in order to decide if this would be sound financial decision.
