There's a ton of development in downtown, from a few trendy hotels and apartment buildings to new Denver-based restaurants coming in, an 8,000 seat lacrosse stadium, a new hockey arena for Colorado College, the Creek Walk along Cheyenne Blvd, and the Ivy Wild development. 

Some house the most vulnerable to layoffs from this disease, restaurant, lodging, transportation workers and the like.
