The advantage of such a lease is that it is relatively easy for both sides to terminate this (perhaps this tenant is looking to buy and does not want to get locked into another year lease).If this tenant is a pain in a low spot the month to month tenancy is often a good choice.

A previous tenant had moved out, kept the keys and the landlord never changed the locks (shame on them!)

Can you imagine how you would be if this home you built was in California where they are considering more lock downs and masks in the street with those taxes and permiting problems?

The sections have doors between each one that when locked, separates them from each other.
